⏱️ Order Cancellation (24-Hour Window)
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
To get a refund after 24 hours, you'll need to wait for delivery, ship the item back (return shipping costs apply), and a full refund will be issued once received.
🌍 Free Worldwide Shipping
Free worldwide shipping is offered on all orders. Return shipping costs for non-faulty returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
✅ 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order? Contact them for a full refund — no questions asked. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.
🔧 Broken or Defective Items
Contact them with a photo/proof of the issue and they'll send a free replacement — in most cases you won't need to return the faulty item.
📦 Damaged on Arrival
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery and choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
